Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to join our global business team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence in the US Business Region.

Key Responsibilities :
Sales and Business Management :
Analyze market trends and competitor data to refine sales strategies.
Establish and maintain a strong sales and distribution network.
Ensure timely order collection and accurate forecasting.
Collaborate with distributors to pursue key sales projects.
Cultivate relationships with key accounts and drive brand loyalty.
Lead the business team to achieve the sales and business target.
Marketing :
Support participation in industry conferences , exhibitions or activities.
Develop targeted marketing plans in collaboration with the Line Manager.
Identify and penetrate potential key accounts.
Execute marketing plans to drive sales and brand awareness.
Key Performance Measurements :
Achievement of Sales Targets.
Team Management and Development.
Personal Growth and Development.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proven sales experience in the 3C and Consumer Electronics industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
Leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
