Seeking Qualified Wealth Insurance Case Manager
Position Overview : As a Wealth Insurance Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our high-net-worth clients.
You will be responsible for managing complex insurance cases, ensuring seamless policy administration, and providing strategic guidance to clients on their insurance portfolios.
This role combines technical expertise in insurance products with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their insurance needs and inquiries.
- Understand clients' financial goals and objectives to provide tailored insurance solutions.
Insurance Case Management :
- Evaluate and analyze clients' existing insurance policies and coverage.
- Collaborate with underwriters and other stakeholders to create customized insurance solutions.
- Ensure the timely and accurate issuance of insurance policies.
- Oversee policy amendments, endorsements, and renewals.
Risk Assessment and Analysis :
- Conduct in-depth risk assessments for clients and recommend appropriate insurance coverage adjustments.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging insurance products.
- Provide risk analysis reports to clients, highlighting potential vulnerabilities and opportunities.
Claims Management :
- Assist clients in the event of insurance claims, ensuring a smooth claims process.
- Liaise with claims adjusters, legal teams, and clients to expedite claim settlements.
- Offer guidance on claims-related decisions to clients.
Documentation and Compliance :
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and insurance policies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Keep clients informed about changes in insurance regulations affecting their coverage.
Financial Planning Support :
- Collaborate with wealth advisors and financial planners to integrate insurance strategies into clients' overall financial plans.
- Identify opportunities to enhance clients' wealth protection and legacy planning.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus).
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance case management or a related role , preferably in the wealth management sector.
- In-depth knowledge of life insurance, disability insurance, estate planning, and other insurance products relevant to wealth preservation.
- Strong understanding of insurance regulations and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
