Shift :
Monday–Thursday : 6 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM
Friday : 6 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM
Occasional Saturdays : 6 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM
About the Opportunity
An established heavy industrial manufacturer in Trenton, Michigan is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join its team. This is a hands-on maintenance role suited for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy problem-solving, repairing equipment, and working in a gritty industrial setting.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in mechanical systems, hydraulics, or fabrication—but the company values reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn above all else. Welding and industry experience are preferred, but not required. Candidates with transferable mechanical skills from other trades or environments are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and forging equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Fabricate or assist with basic welding when needed
- Support rigging, setup, and general equipment operations
- Maintain tools, parts, and safety standards across the facility
- Work independently and as part of a small maintenance crew
