Optima is currently seeking a Recruiter to join our Scottsdale corporate office. The position will be responsible for creatively sourcing candidates on various levels and presenting qualified individuals to the hiring managers.
The ideal candidate for this position will be well versed in healthcare recruiting, possess skills in the area of sourcing passive candidates, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques to present qualified resumes
- Coordinate interviews on manager calendars
- Conduct interviews follow up and status update communication
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Accurately maintain candidate files
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in recruiting, healthcare preferred
- Experience working with ATS system (preferably ADP)
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
