Manchester University is seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee building operations across our North Manchester campus and the Koinonia Environmental & Retreat Center. What You’ll Do :

Supervise daily maintenance operations across all facilities

Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems

Lead a team of skilled trades staff and coordinate with contractors

Plan and track deferred maintenance and energy efficiency projects

Support campus master planning, construction oversight, and inspections

Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and IDEM standards

What You Bring :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in building systems or trades

5+ years in facilities maintenance, including leadership experience

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and manage projects under time and budget constraints

Familiarity with HVAC and electrical systems a plus
