Reporting to the Director of Resort Experience responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :
- Seasonal dates of position : November 1st 2024 January 10th 2025
- Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service
- Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions
- Mix drinks and control the beverage stock as per guidelines
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists food menus service standards and promotions
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Qualifications :
Previous bartending and lounge serving experience preferred.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages in the state of Arizona
- Arizona Liquor Server Certification
- Arizona Food Handlers Certification required
- Previous point of sale system experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
