BPN Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a ER RN to fulfill a 13-week contract at a facility in the Petersburg, VA. area.
Essential Functions Collects data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or the situation. Analyzes the assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues.
Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or the situation. Develops a plan that prescribes strategies to attain expected, measurable outcomes.
Implements the identified plan, coordinates care delivery, and employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment.
Contract Details :
- 13 week travel contract
- 3 12hr shifts 11A-11P , every other weekend and one major holiday required
- Estimated weekly gross pay $ 2,124-$2,196 (w / travel stipend included)
Unit Specific Details
28 bed - 3 trauma bays
Very busy community ED all ages and medical complaints
Minimum daily trauma
MVA's, mass casualties, GSW, Stabbings, Stroke alerts, STEMI's
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC Required, CPI OR De-escalation training required, copy of nursing diploma required
Ratios : 4-5, surges can flex to 7 for non-fast track. FT normally up to 6
Ratios are never guaranteed but what the unit attempts to achieve with normal staffing. Ratios are subject to change based on staffing.
