Quality Assurance Specialist - Credentialing Team - 1475 46976919610 7-7441 at Symplr Software LLC in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Overview A quality assurance specialist ensures that the final credentialing files are following symplr's quality standards.
In general, these detail-oriented professionals are responsible for routine audits of PSV activities, the detection and resolution of problems, and the delivery of satisfactory outcomes.
Should any defects be found, it's up to the QA specialist to apply corrective actions. Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate with Manager to determine audit scope, audit requirements and timelines.
Plan and perform audits such as operational, and compliance audits. Review audit findings in conjunction with management and QA Team Participate in audit meetings and coordinate internal and external audit activities.
Maintain CVO policies and procedures according to regulatory requirements. Develop process improvements to improve quality and effectiveness of deliverables.
Identify areas of improvements and concerns to management. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues Collect and compile statistical quality data Maintain audit documentations according to established standards.
Skills Required Analytical skills -will gather and interpret data, must be able to spot trends and notice outliers Organizational skills -needed to keep track of testing, results, documentation, and recommendations Excellent written communication -concise and accurate written documentation is essential.
Also required to review internal policies and procedures as well as external accreditation standards to apply to internal policies Interpersonal skills -involved in training production staff on quality systems, also working closely with production staff to find and adjust errors in the processes Keen attention to detail -must be able to spot when processes do not comply with guidance and provide alternative suggestions.
