Base pay

$90,000.00 / yr - $135,000.00 / yr

What You'll Do

  • Draft and refine detailed construction drawings for residential projects utilizing a highly specialized system built on AutoCAD.
  • Collaborate directly with our designers to ensure the creative vision can be brought to life efficiently.
  • Solve design challenges with creativity and precision.
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of our drafting systems and standards as we scale.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in residential drafting , with a passion for creating homes that are as functional as they are beautiful.
  • An AutoCAD power user who knows the shortcuts, systems, and tricks that make you lightning-fast and laser-accurate.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with a strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives independently but enjoys working with a high-performing team.
