HDR is seeking an Organizational Development Consultant to lead the creation of a client-specific employee engagement program designed to strengthen and preserve culture, leverage career growth, streamline performance expectations and standardize data collection to identify trends and track success metrics.
In this role, you will be a part of a high performing team focused on organizational alignment, strategic planning, change management, talent and workforce development and leadership coaching for our client in the infrastructure industry in support of a long-term program.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, recruitment and retention strategies, staff development, and performance management.
- Actively lead or participate in client meetings, manage client relationships, and provide guidance supporting staff on-site.
- Identify performance gaps and develop interventions to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Achieve client satisfaction and meet project budget parameters.
- Actively participate in industry groups and professional associations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and leadership to ensure employee satisfaction and success.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in related field.
- Instructional design and prior training experience.
- PROSCI Change Management certification.
- Gallup Global Strengths Coach Certification.
- Prior work and / or collaboration with secondary education institutions in Florida.
- Experience in the A / E / C industry.
- Stakeholder / client management skills, including the ability to influence and build consensus.
- Experienced facilitator.
- Strong collaborator who loves to work in team environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- A minimum of 9 years of related work experience.
- Efficient use of the internet and other electronic / print media for research.
- Ability to lead pursuits and targeted marketing opportunities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong relationship, organizational and follow-up skills.
- Self-starter with proven track record of accomplishments.
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.
