Schedule : Full Time, 40 hours per week Shift : Primarily Mon-Fri, approximately 8am to 5pm. Rotating weekends. The role you’ll contribute : Provides vocational nursing services under the supervision of an RN, to patients in their homes.
The value you’ll bring to the team : + Performs nursing skills safely and competently according to the plan of care + Provides accurate and complete documentation the same day of the visit.
Schedules visits to facilitate patient needs and completes assigned schedule in a timely manner. + Plans patient care in consultation with Registered nurse.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed : Minimum qualifications : + Licensed Practical Nurse licensed in the state of Florida + Basic Life Support certification + Valid Florida driver’s license, safe driving record and reliable transportation + Minimum 1 year of nursing experience as a LPN Preferred qualifications : + LPN IV Certification as required for Florida Board of Nursing (Certification of completion for 30-hour course) + Home care experience This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
The salary range reflects the anticipated base pay range for this position. Individual compensation is determined based on skills, experience and other relevant factors within this pay range.
