What you'll do...

Walmart is looking to hire a Staff Product Manager for the Search organization to support its strong growth of 20%+ in E-Commerce over the last 3 years.

Search contributes more than 50% of Walmart's online revenue and is the primary channel for customers to interact with the site and to find the things they want to buy.

This role involves working with cross functional stakeholders including designers, engineers, data scientists, and senior executives from other functional areas, such as merchandizing and business leadership to develop and execute on the product vision and roadmap for Search in a fast-paced environment.

Such complex systems require special skills in Product Managers who are served well by a strong technical background and a strong product sense.

Knowledge and comfort with statistics, advanced analytics, machine learning and software development methodologies is helpful in this role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in product management or in eCommerce, marketplaces or large-scale customer facing products.
  • Demonstrated track record of aligning to an overarching product vision, using data and analysis to support strategy and prioritization, and day to day product execution.
  • Strong user experience, analytics, and technical acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work well with highly cross-functional teams.
  • Intellectually curious with a data driven mindset. Experience shipping and iterating based on data.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms
  • Preferred Experience : MBA or top tier Management consulting experience with a technical orientation or MS with a digital product management orientation or 5+ years of product management experience

HOBOKEN, New Jersey US-10279 : The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848 : The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Bonuses.
