Opportunity :
As an Agent you will serve as a key contact and liaisonfor clients to ensure they receive the financial education andsupport needed to reach their goals.
As all training is provided byour expert leadership no prior financial industry experience isrequired. We favor those who have demonstrated experience inserving others as educators military personnel or public servantsand are willing to grow their skillset.
A strongentrepreneurial or leadership focus is a plus as we do not believein micromanagement and empower our agents to take initiative.
Youwill engage with clients providing financial education and supportneeded in a timely professional and courteous manner.
Agentsprovide financial knowledge education and strategies for businessmatters insurance protection retirement savings and estate planningto help clients and business owners tailormake their idealfutures.

Responsibilities :
- Assist and educate clients with both consumerand small business solutions and strategies while helping themnavigate their unique life.
- Leverage availableresources technologies and processes to optimize the clientexperience and deliver operational excellence andaccuracy
- Adhere to establishedprocesses laws and guidelines in performing daytoday activitiessuch as submitting policies and accountmaintenance
- Manage clientinteractions by taking the best course of action for them at alltimes while abiding by all regulatoryrequirements
Must have :
- Ambition & drive to make a positiveimpact in the community
- Customer service and / ormanagement experience
- Ability to pass abackground check
- Ability to pass a statelicensing exam
- Age 18 or older andU.S. citizenship
- Computer with acamera
