As our first ever ONE / SIZE HR Manager, People & Culture, you will play a pivotal role in driving the people and culture strategy within ONE / SIZE, ensuring that our People Operations contribute effectively to achieving business goals.

By aligning HR strategies with business needs, you will help to create a high performing, engaged, and positive workforce.

In your role, you will directly contribute to the growth and development of the ONE / SIZE organization through core People & Culture functions, including recruiting, strategic alignment, talent management, change management, employee relations, organizational development, data analysis, and HR policy development.

You will be responsible for fostering a culture of inclusivity, engagement, and development that aligns with our values. Your key focus will be to enhance employee experience, champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, and build an environment where employees feel empowered, supported, and motivated to achieve both personal and organizational success.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Culture & Employee Engagement : Develop and implement initiatives that promote an inclusive, positive workplace culture.

Lead company-wide employee engagement efforts, ensuring employee feedback is gathered and actioned.

  • Recruiting & Talent Acquisition : Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from salary benchmarking to job posting and sourcing to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding, ensuring a positive recruiting experience for all involved.
  • Talent Development : Partner with leadership to create and implement people development strategies that encourage continuous learning and growth.
  • Talent Management : Lead talent review processes and succession planning to support career growth and internal mobility.

Oversee performance management and annual OKR processes, focusing on feedback, goal-setting, and personal development plans.

  • Employee Relations : Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on HR policies, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Culture Development : Foster an open-door culture, where employees feel comfortable bringing forward ideas, concerns, or issues.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding : Ensure a strong onboarding and offboarding experience, focusing on employee integration, engagement, and exit feedback.
  • HR Strategy : Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, focusing on people and culture priorities.
  • People Analytics : Analyze key HR metrics (e.g., employee engagement, turnover, DEI outcomes) to drive improvements in workplace culture.
  • Compliance : Work closely with Luxury Brand Partners Legal Counsel and Luxury Brand Partners HR to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies, while maintaining a human-centered approach to policy enforcement.
  • Employee Experience : Manage employee lifecycle processes (recruitment, hiring, training, retention), with a focus on creating a consistent and engaging employee experience.
  • Employee Communications : Communicate effectively across the organization to promote understanding of HR initiatives and their impact on company culture.
  • Corporate HR : Coordinate and collaborate with Luxury Brand Partners HR as needed on HR operations, payroll and other HR related issues as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on people and culture.
  • Strong knowledge of DEI best practices, employee engagement strategies, and talent development.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and using data to drive decision-making.
  • Proven track record of creating and implementing culture-focused HR strategies that positively impact employee experience and company success.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Lifting : Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and / or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
  • Reaching : Extending hands and arms in any direction.
  • Sitting : Must be able to remain in the seated, stationary position throughout the workday.
