Position at SBM Management

The Bilingual HR Staffing Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day job postings for the Staffing Solutions team, ensuring that all processes in the platforms run smoothly and efficiently, manages the programmatic system to post Frontline jobs, manage budgets for Frontline positions (boosts), and ATS (Jobvite) management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Frontline postings for job vacancies using platforms such as Indeed and Direct Postings.
• Ensure that all postings are tagged appropriately and monitor their performance regularly.
• Conduct regular job postings audits to ensure company policies and standards compliance.
• Allocate credit card expenses for all job postings on Indeed, as well as additional postings and department spending.
• Work with the Staffing Solutions Manager to better allocate the budget for postings by tracking the sources per hire.
• Manage the Jobvite system for the Staffing Solutions Team, ensuring that all job requisitions are created, reviewed, and approved promptly.
• Manage job imports and maps for new business units, job codes, job descriptions, and offer letters on Jobvite.
• Assist monitoring Jobvite cleanup, ensuring that the Staffing Specialists are closing frontline requisitions that have not been touched in over 90 days.
• Generate reports on all open requisitions, recruiter activities, and other data as requested by stakeholders.
• Ensure that all reports are accurate and up-to-date.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Bilingual preferred - Position requires to commute to the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and Smartsheet.
• Knowledge of Jobvite or other Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• This role is an in office role Monday - Friday.
• Bilingual is preferred for this role.

Compensation : $72, - $75, per year

Shift : Full Time, Monday - Friday (if needed weekends will be required)
