Candidate's must have a strong litigation practice, and have "worked up" a case.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in any litigation area, willing to learn business and real estate
- Must be able to handle cases from inception to conclusion
- Ability to relate to clients that include individual entrepreneurs
- Strong education background
