This Pediatric Heart Institute is seeking an experienced, board-certified Pediatric and Adult Congenital Cardiac Surgeon to help lead our growing program.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience performing Pediatric and Adult Congenital Cardiac Surgery and will have proven leadership abilities.
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- American Board of Surgery certification
- American Board of Thoracic Surgery / Congenital Cardiac certification
- Demonstrated excellent clinical outcomes and team-building
- Competitive compensation and benefits package
- Eligible to be considered for Shareholder / Partner status after two years of FT employment
