We are looking for a friendly and organisedFront Desk Receptionist to join our team.
TheFront Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for ourclients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellentcustomer service skills a professional appearance and a proactiveattitude.
This position requires strong multitasking abilities tomanage a variety of tasks effectively while maintaining a welcomingatmosphere.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Greet visitors and clients in a friendly andprofessional manner.
- Answer and direct incomingphone calls to the appropriate staffmembers.
- Manage the checkin and checkoutprocess for visitors and clients.
- Maintain aclean and organised reception area.
- Handleincoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assistwith administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments andmanaging office supplies.
- Maintainconfidentiality of sensitiveinformation.
- Collaborate with other staffmembers to support overall office operations.
Qualifications :
- Previousexperience as a receptionist or in a customer service role ishighly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
- Proficient in MicrosoftOffice Suite and ability to learn new softwarequickly.
- Strong organisational skills andattention to detail.
- Ability to handle multipletasks and prioritise effectively.
- A friendlydemeanour and exceptional interpersonalskills.
