In this role, you will have the following responsibilities :

Daily Service Center Operations :

  • Open and sort, pick up and deliver mail and interoffice envelopes (5 times a day)
  • Receive, sort, track and deliver / ship - FedEx and UPS packages per instruction
  • Receive copy, print and scan jobs and perform as instructed on central copiers, per priority
  • Provide routine maintenance for all copiers, and assist in trouble shooting
  • Place and track service calls
  • Stock and organize all convenience copier areas
  • Run postage equipment and manage supplies and services.
  • Building books for several Association departments
  • Order office supplies for the copy center stock for Park Plaza and Boise Plaza and for employees as requested
  • Cover front desk for breaks / lunch and days off (rotation with other service center team).

Weekly and Monthly Service Center Operations :

  • Welcome Packets done on a weekly basis, hand stuffed and mailed
  • Employee reimbursements done for personal employee jobs
  • Print letters, fold and stuff in the inserter and process on the postage machine for mailing out
  • Fold and stuff checks on the inserter, stuff checks for fed ex and mail for the Accounting Dept
  • Manage FedEx bill
  • Build Board Packets for IHFA and THC
  • Order, deliver and stock paper, letterhead, envelopes and Fed Ex supplies for Park Plaza and Boise Plaza
  • Log and track personal jobs
  • Deliver Board Packets and miscellaneous items upon request
  • Fill out and complete certified mailings for HomeLoanServ Department
  • Fill and deliver quarterly candy baskets
  • Clean copiers and copy rooms as needed
  • Stock the 3rd floor kitchen area
  • Building Operations Assistance - Building, office & furniture keys
  • Clean cubicles / offices as needed
  • Sanitize and clean as time allows
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Position qualifications required are the following :

  • One-plus years' experience in mail and copy center services preferred
  • High school diploma / GED preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word and Fiery is preferred
  • Ability to create and maintain a successful inspired culture in the Service Center that is committed to delivering results by providing solutions to each department's needs, with efficient and effective operation through open communication and teamwork
  • Must be professional, personable, the ability to stand / walk for long time periods.
  • Must be be able to lift 60 lbs.
  • Ability to work independently to organize, prioritize, and complete jobs accurately and as efficiently as possible and provide feedback to Service Center lead to build strength, relationship and capability.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with people who have different backgrounds, styles, values and beliefs

Salary Description

$17.00 Hourly
