Responsibilities
- Prospect and cold call potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Conduct thorough insurance needs assessments and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Present and explain insurance policies and benefits to clients in a clear and concise manner
- Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of insurance experience & P&C licensed
- Sales background-will need to produce sales reports
- Able to work in-office (Norman, OK)
- Bilingual in Spanish
