We are currently seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in our Mohawk Indianapolis location.

Summary

Reporting to the Lead Mechanic, the Industrial Maintenance Technician will join our Maintenance team to assist with the maintenance of batch blend production facility by Installing and repairing machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems in heavy industrial environment.

Will also contribute to continuous improvement in the organization.

• Lock Out Tag Out, Line Break, Confined Space Entry
• Electrical Equipment (24vdc - 480vac 3ph)
• Pumps (centrifugal, gear, diaphragm)
• Mixers and Agitators
• Process Automation
• Air Compressors
• Conveyors
• Welding / Pipefitting (TIG)
• Instrumentation
• Computers
• Rockwell PLC control understanding
• Maintenance software knowledge
• General Facilities Maintenance

• Waste water discharge knowledge

Position Requirements :

Previous experience in a large industrial maintenance department preferred

Previous electrical experience preferred.

Requirements :

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent interpersonal skills within all levels of an organization
• Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation

Expected hours : 40 per week

Education :

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience :

• Programmable Logic Controllers : 1 year (Preferred)
• Maintenance : 2 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate :

Indianapolis, IN 46226 : Relocate before starting work (Required)
