  • Licenses : MN license required; IMLC accepted; willing to license
  • Certifications : ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP; DEA required
  • Experience : 0 2 years acceptable
  • Other Qualifications : Completion of ACGME / AOA accredited pediatrics residency; must be comfortable with ED peds consults (no admissions)

    • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide pediatric hospitalist coverage in nursery and ED (no inpatient peds admissions)
  • Perform required newborn procedures including circumcisions
  • Respond to neonatal codes and provide daily rounding
  • Collaborate with neonatologists, NICU NNP, and ED team
  • Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and communication
