Director of Managed Detection and Response (Dallas, TX or San Jose, CA)

They are looking to bring on a full-time Director of MDR to Dallas, TX or San Jose, CA.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing MDR services.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and hiring a team.
- Client-facing experience.
- Experience leading incident response (IR) and Security Operations Center (SOC) functions.
- Deep understanding of MDR services including industry standards and regulatory requirements.
What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will be developing and executing a strategic vision for MDR services, while leading and mentoring a team of consulting analysts to foster collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
You will collaborate with clients to tailor MDR services, lead incident response efforts, enhance SOC capabilities, and ensure compliance with industry standards through ongoing performance management and optimization initiatives.
