Responsibilities Include
- Provide essential support, including answering programmatic questions and providing technical assistance to sub-grantees across Tennessee who participate in the program.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of program initiatives focusing on health equity.
- Conduct regular meetings with sub-recipients and staff.
- Communicate the program procedures and projects to staff and partners.
- Review, produce, and disseminate data-driven, evidence-informed and equitable resources.
- Monitor trends in program uptake with a focus on serving disproportionately burdened populations.
- Assist the Program Director with aspects of grant management, including monitoring, reporting, etc.
- Participate in the development, execution, and monitoring of contracts.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Applicants Must Meet The Following Criteria
- Education and Experience : Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience working in public health.
- Substitution of Experience or Education : Additional graduate coursework in a business or health-related field may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
Additional qualifying professional experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
