Job Description

Manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project schedules and budgets.

Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.

Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets required specifications and standards.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and records.

Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Civil Superintendent should have :

• 5-7 years experience with "wet" utility projects, water and wastewater treatment facilities.
• Strong Mechanical Understanding.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety protocols.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality results in the property and construction industry.

Competitive salary range of $140,000 to $165,000 annually.
