Job Summary :
This roleencompasses advanced onsite administrative support responsibilitiesincluding data gathering special projects and general office tasksas needed.
Responsibilities :
Design and execute training programs for new hires andongoing professional development of existing staff.
Handle employee corporate card expenses and reimbursementprocesses.
Monitor budget accounts and expendituresproviding monthly reports to track yeartodate budgets.
Assist in preparing audit support documentation.
Managecheck deposits and reconcile bank statements.
Establishand verify customer / vendor accounts and bank information to preventfraud.
Coordinate travel arrangements includingaccommodations and itineraries for staff client meetings and officeevents.
Manage incoming calls mail sorting employeeinformation updates and company event coordination.
Assist with office management tasks such as supply orderingmaintenance coordination and equipment management.
Undertake special projects as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications :
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office suite.

Bilingual proficiency in Korean / English preferredbut not mandatory.
