Requirements We have an urgent need for multiple CRNAs starting in November. The CRNAs must be willing to be credentialed at and work at multiple locations.

CRNAs will be cross-credentialed at all locations. Call coverage is required at Oro Valley, Northwest and Houghton PLEASE NOTE RATES : *Regular Rate not to exceed $290 / hour*OT Rate not to exceed $320 / hour*Call Rates not to exceed $600 per weeknight and $1200 per 24-hour weekend and holiday*Travel per CHS policyLicensure : You must have an active AZ license.

Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks TRAINING FOR BLOCKS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED, AND THEY MUST PROVIDE CASE LOGS OF BLOCKS PERFORMED.
The presentation must explain any gaps in service, malpractice claims, or sanctions from a board of nursing.
