MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE AS A WAREHOUSE LEAD. MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
Connect Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Lead for a company that manufactures and bottles fruit juices in the city of Buena Park, CA.
Schedule : Monday through Friday 2 : 45 PM to 11 : 30 PM. Mandatory to work Saturdays when scheduled.
Requirements of a Warehouse Lead :
- Minimum 1-year experience as a warehouse lead. Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Must know how to operate a forklift
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Bilingual is preferred
- Prior experience in roles such as Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Operations Manager, Warehouse Team Leader Warehouse Coordinator, and Logistics Lead is a plus!

Responsibilities of a Warehouse Lead :
- Assists Warehouse Supervisor in development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures.
- Provides direction to team members for day-to-day work assignments.
- Conducts monthly inventory counts of all raw materials for all customers.
- Load / unload trailers ensuring trailer locking device is used at all times; fill out pertinent documentation.
- Check and verify raw materials received are not defected or damaged, and reports any damages to supervisor.
- Help train new warehouse personnel.
- Transport raw materials between warehouses using company vehicle as needed
