Maryland Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - VocoVision
Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist seeking a dynamic remote opportunity? VocoVision is excited to offer a remote SLP position in Maryland, providing essential support to K-12 students through live videoconferencing.
As an independent contractor, you'll receive specialized software, training, and technical assistance to effectively deliver speech therapy services online.
Qualifications :
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Maryland state licensure
- Experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency (desired)
Responsibilities :
- Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions as per student needs
- Collaborate effectively with school personnel, parents, and caregivers
- Document student progress and therapy notes according to school and regulatory requirements
- Provide case management services, including scheduling and facilitating IEP meetings
VocoVision Requirements :
- Must carry professional liability and general insurance
- Must operate as an independent contractor
- Home office setup including a computer with high-speed internet
- Comfortable with basic tech requirements and software tools for remote therapy sessions
