1) NICU RN Variable 12 HR Shifts - Children's WI Fox Valley - Neenah, WI Our Milwaukee and Fox Valley hospitals have both earned Magnet recognition from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), which is awarded for demonstrating sustained superiority in nursing care Contract Length : 8 weeksStart Date : ASAPGuaranteed Hours per Week : 36hrs / wkPrimary Location : Children s Wisconsin Fox Valley Campus - Neenah, WIShift Requirements : Variable 12-hour shifts (7p-7a and / or 7a-7p) Float Requirements : floating to peds unit highly preferredOn Call / Call-Back : None, but if picking up extra shifts, could be placed on call or cancelledWeekend / Holiday : Rotate every 3rd weekend depending on time off requested.

Holidays as scheduled outside of requested time off.Required Certifications : WI RN License, AHA BLS, and NRPRequired Education : BSNMinimum Experience : Minimum of 3 years (level III or level IV)NICU experience required & PEDS experience preferredNurse to patient ratio : 1 : 2 or 1 : 3 depending on acuityNICU is a Level III, 22-bed NICU unitCharting / Equipment : EPIC PreferredHard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates.
