How you will make an impact :
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Executive Administrator to join our faith-based organization. As an Executive Administrator, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic plans and objectives aligned with Lutheran Life Communities mission and core values.
With leadership responsibility and oversight for a large campus that includes skilled nursing long-term care and memory care, short-term rehab, assisted living, and community-based services, the Executive Administrator ensures high-quality care.
By developing and implementing growth strategies, including new program development, the Executive Administrator drives innovation and expansion of services.
Partnering with team members and collaborative partners, the Executive Administrator leads outcomes in regulatory compliance, labor management, ancillary revenue and reimbursement, occupancy and resident transitions, financial management, and resident experience.
The availability to be on-call 24 / 7 demonstrates a commitment to addressing urgent issues and maintaining continuous leadership.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills facilitate clear and effective dialogue within the community and team members.
By empowering and supporting business unit leaders, the Executive Administrator will ensure best-in-class resident and team member experiences, promoting a culture of excellence and satisfaction.
Schedule : This position is full-time with 24 / 7 on-call availability
What you will need :
- Bachelor's Degree Required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years in executive skilled nursing leadership with proven quality and financial outcomes required
- Ten years of experience in long-term care or senior housing operations required
- Illinois Nursing Home Administrator license required (Active and in good standing)
