We are looking for a dedicated SupervisorRespiratory Therapy like you to be a part of our team.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Role Summary : Responsible for the coordination of clinical, management, andbusiness activities by providing leadership for the delivery ofpatient care within the scope of practice defined by the NorthCarolina Respiratory Care Board practice act.

Supervises andfacilitates the management of clinical practice and patient caredelivery. Exercises management responsibilities throughproblem-solving and collaboration both independently and asdelegated by the Respiratory Director or Respiratory Manager.

What qualifications youwill need :

RequiredEducation : Bachelor's Degree in one of the followingfields : Respiratory, Business Administration, or HealthcareAdministration OR enrollment in an acceptable Bachelor's degreeprogram within 6 months AND obtainment of a Bachelor's degreewithin 3 years of hire into Supervisor position.

Graduate of aRespiratory Program approved by CoARC Registered RespiratoryTherapist. NBRC National Certification in a specialty area withinone year of accepting role.

• PreferredEducation : Master's Degree in Respiratory, BusinessAdministration, or Healthcare Administration.
• Required License : NorthCarolina Board of Respiratory Care RCP License, BCLS, ACLS, PALS,NRP
• Required Experience : 3years of recent and relevant clinical hospital experience incritical care or related area with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Preferred Experience : Previous supervisory experience
