We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Longwood office.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to kick-start their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
As an Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Qualify leads and assess their needs to determine the appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required.

Compensation :
$18.00 per hour plus commission (no limit)
