As a Data Entry Clerk at Sociaxe, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our data systems.
You will be responsible for inputting, updating, and managing large volumes of data to support our digital marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle repetitive tasks with precision.
Responsibilities :
- Input and update data into company systems accurately and efficiently.
- Verify the accuracy of data and make corrections when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist in generating reports from the database.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data consistency.
- Organize and manage files, both digital and physical, as needed.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications
Skills Required :
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent typing speed and proficiency in data entry software.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and database management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in data entry or a related role is a plus.
