Our client is a large consulting firm in the Boston area. They are seeking to add a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to their team.

Salary / Hourly Rate :
$170k $200k
Position Overview :
The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will lead and manage all areas of budgeting, internal reporting, and forecasting.
Responsibilities of the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis :
- Provide direction over analysis of results, budgeting, modeling and management reporting processes.
- Maintain consolidated forecasts for current and subsequent financial years, balance sheet forecasting, and capital planning.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand business performance. Determine how to enhance the business’s ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Partner with the Innovation team to introduce and integrate tools and new technologies.
- The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will manage and execute special projects, performing complex analysis, summarizing conclusions, and making recommendations to the Corporate Finance and Senior Management team.
Qualifications for the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis :
- 10+ years of experience in corporate financial planning & analysis.
- Knowledge and experience to build new FP&A functions and processes.
- Strong management skills.
- Ability to work and collaborate well with others.
Education Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is required.
- Advanced degrees / certifications are highly preferred.
