Job Description :
Senior Business Analyst to support system validation assessment to include requirements gathering from key stakeholder groups.
Requirements :
- Pharmaceutical / Biotech / Life Sciences environment experience (please show on resume).
- Assessment partner Computer System Validation Assessment.
- Domain experience for computer validation.
- Strong Business Analysis, requirements gathering, scope definition across cross-functional stakeholder groups.
- Experience guiding a cross-functional team through a complex assessment.
- Impact analysis, implementation planning, stakeholder alignment for future state information flow (process and tools).
- Familiarity with 1 or more of the following tools (HP QC, ValGenesis, Kneat, Raltus, Test Track).
- BA needs to be able to interact with all levels of management.
- Experience with Visio and process mapping preferred.
- Candidate needs to be local and onsite for the project.
