Maintenance Assistant

Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $19 - $25 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on relevant experience

We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join out team! This position will monitor preventative maintenance programs and repair building systems and equipment.

• They will also train other building staff, as needed, on basic trouble-shooting of building systems and equipment. This maintenace schedule includes;
• 80 hours every two weeks
• Full time, day shift
• Every other weekend and Holiday rotation

• Basic maintenance and safety awareness
• Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, staff, vendors, visitors and supervisors.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• Ability to respond to tenant / visitor / staff medical emergencies in accordance with facility guidelines.

Required :

• One to three years of experience
• Driver's License in good standing

Preferred :

• High school Diploma / GED
