As a Behavior Technician, you will provide behavior therapy to support and encourage development. You will work closely with the BCBA and lead the individual to increased independence and develop new skills.
Skills / Requirements
- Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities.
- Ability to work independently with adults with developmental disabilities.
- Flexibility with hours and days available
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Willingness to commit long term
- RBT Certification
Responsibilities :
- Provide therapy to developmentally disabled adults using Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) methods.
- Create daily programming to implement behavior intervention techniques.
- Collect data on individual's growth and development, as well as implement behavioral intervention techniques.
