About the Position :
Time Staffing has a great career opportunity for a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician.
Responsibilities Include :
- Skilled in grounds work, common area maintenance, painting, carpentry, and plumbing.
- Strong in teamwork, customer service and communication skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter.
- Must have own basic tools.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Additional Details & Requirements :
- 40+ hours per week and must be willing to be on-call.
- Must pass criminal background check, drug screening and have valid driver’s license.
