- Expand the team's knowledge of the life insurance and financial services sector through comprehensive training and mentorship initiatives.
- Create personalized long-term financial strategies that resonate with clients' financial goals based on your expertise.
- Offer encouragement and support to team members during challenging periods by providing incentives and aid.

Compensation
$60,000 - $75,000 at plan earnings
Qualifications
A university degree and previous experience in the insurance or finance sectors are strongly encouraged.Sales experience is highly desired but not required.Strong commitment to establishing a thriving career in the financial and insurance industry.Excellent communication skills and effective leadership qualities.Proactive decision-making abilities and a confident attitude.Ability to network in the community to prospect for potential clients.Building and maintaining client relationships to assist them in making well-informed financial decisions.Persistence and assertiveness in achieving goals; a business mindset.Thrives in a team environment; enjoys coaching and mentoring others; self-starter with an enterprising mindset.Must be able to study for and obtain the Florida Insurance License (2-15) as well as investment licensing.About Company
