THIS IS A .HOT JOB WE NEED A GREAT TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER
The Technical Program Manager role serves as a crucial bridge between our client's company and clients in delivering and executing SaaS projects effectively for Augmented Reality (AR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) service
This role involves managing multiple project timelines, interfacing with sales, engineering, development, and product teams, and providing technical expertise.

The successful candidate will manage projects from inception to completion, present software products to clients, define project scopes and features, and facilitate technical solutions that integrate cutting-edge technologies for today's leading brands.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their technical needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to demonstrate our products and tailor presentations to client needs.
- Address technical queries from clients, proposing solutions that enhance their user experience.
- Define and communicate client technical requirements to internal teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and projects adhere to approved plans.
- Maintain close contact with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and compliance with requirements.
- Identify and resolve software issues in collaboration with the development team and client.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with all stakeholders to keep projects on track and transparent.
Technical Skills :
- Proficient in HTML and JavaScript; familiarity with additional programming languages ( Java, Python, Swift ) is advantageous.
- Experience with APIs, SDKs , and understanding of software development processes.
- Basic knowledge of Augmented Reality (AR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Familiarity with mobile app development environments (Android, iOS).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and an understanding of web services and cloud platforms.
Project Management & Customer Experience Skills :
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira ).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deliverables effectively.
- Proven ability to navigate project challenges creatively and efficiently. Important to have experience working under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
