Customer Relations :
The first requirement, hard-worker. No drama, head down hard hard-working problem solver who wants to make a difference. We are a family-owned exotic animal distributor with a beautiful facility.
You will see some of the most exotic animals in the world at our facility.
Must be familiar with or able to use :
- Normal human skills, i.e. Professional communication with any customers that have issues as they are part of the Underground Family!
- Work well in a family office environment
- Type 40 words per minute or more
- Google sheets
- Zoho (invoicing)
- Shipstation
- Filing
- Creating invoices
- Learn a new system and fit into it
