Avera is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera’s patient-focused settings.
Position Highlights :
- Compensation : Immediately, Avera starts you with great wages, excellent benefits including health, dental, paid time off, and generous retirement.
- Student Loan Repayment : This Registered Nurse (RN) position may be eligible for Avera’s Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money.
Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster.

Job Summary
Provides for the delivery of professional nursing care under the supervision of the provider.
Education and / or Experience
- Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
Licensure / Certification / Registration
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and / or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure required.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota may be required depending on patient / job assignment. If required, must obtain within 90-days of job placement.
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$26.25 - $39.25 per hour
