Vice President of Reinsurance Operations

A company is looking for a Vice President, Ceded & Captive Reinsurance Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the Operational Center of Excellence for reinsurance agreements

Identify operational challenges and establish best practice solutions

Develop standards and ensure service level commitments are met

Required Qualifications

Deep knowledge of ceded reinsurance operations and accounting

12 years of prior Reinsurance Operations experience

College degree - BA or BS preferred

ARe, AINS, CPCU or similar designation is a plus

Experience with reinsurance systems and operational implementation best practices
