Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are looking for English teachers to provide in-person customized lessons for different expat children based in Tuscaloosa County, AL.

- Availability : Monday, Wednesday and Friday after 4 pm
- Lesson frequency : 2 x per week
- Location : Lessons are to be held at the family's home in Tuscaloosa, AL (ZIP : 35406)

- Student's language needs and goals : Preparing for school
Class 2 : #168974 - Vance
- Student : 3-year-old child
- Availability : Tuesday afternoon
- Lesson frequency : 1 x per week
- Location : Lessons are to be held at the family's home in Vance, AL (ZIP : 35490)
- Current English level : Novice
- Native language : German, but speaks English at school
- Student's language needs and goals : Parents have requested an assessment in person to help determine where the child is at with his level
Class 3 : #167894 - Northport
- Student : 4-year-old child
- Availability : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday from 3 : 30 to 5 : 30pm
- Lesson frequency : 1 x per week
- Location : Lessons are to be held at the family's home in Northport, AL (ZIP : 35475)
- Current English level : Novice
- Native language : German, but speaks English at school
- Student's language needs and goals : General English speaking and reading, games in English / songs (everything to improve fluency in English)
Responsibilities :
- Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
- Developing curricula based on learners' proficiency level and desired outcomes
- Monitoring students' progress and guiding learners toward learning goals
- Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner
Qualifications :
- Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
- Certificate or degree in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or related field
- Minimum of two years of experience
