Qualifications :

• Ensure every patient receives a thorough andcomprehensive customized physical therapy regimen while receiving aunique experience.
• Ensure fluid treatmentprogression via ongoing scheduling of patients.
• With assistance of physical therapist develop andimplement physical therapy treatment programs based on eachpatient's particular needs.
• Assistpatients with all phases of physical therapy treatment andtechniques.
• Discuss treatment with patientsand record patient conditions and responses to treatments in chartsafter each visit.
• Complete daily patient carenotes progress notes discharge notes and other required forms asrequested by treating physicians or insurance cosigned by physicaltherapist.
• Provide continuous communicationwith referring physicians physical therapists and athletic trainersregarding patient therapy and equipment.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapyequipment.
• Ability to comply with TPGstandards of operations and adhere to the core values of thecompany.
• Perform other duties as assigned bymanagement.

Education : Associate Degree as Physical Therapy Assistant froman accredited institution. Appropriate state licensurecertification or registration (per state requirements) current andin good standing.
