School Bus Driver - Sign-on Bonus

In this role, you’ll be the first smile they see in the morning and the last friendly wave in the afternoon!

As a driver, you’ll help remove barriers to education—offering safe, supportive rides for students who need it most.

Your Role Will Include :

• Safely transporting students on assigned routes and trips.
• Ensuring student safety during boarding, travel, and drop-off.
• Performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintaining order and discipline among  riders.
• Establishing positive interactions with students, parents, and staff.
• Keeping the bus clean and fueled per standard procedures.
• Conducting state-mandated evacuation drills twice a year.
• Completing required reports and complying with safety regulations.
• Passing annual DOT physical and random drug / alcohol testing.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
