Adult Residential Specialist  Pay Range :

Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education and experience as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.

Salary : $17.75 - $22.20 DOE (additional $2 / hr. Shift differential for Night)

Summary :   As an Adult Residential Specialist, youll be responsible for providing compassionate care, life skills training, and supportive interventions to residents at Phoenix Place. Youll engage directly with adults who have mental health needs, assisting them in daily living activities and therapeutic interventions to foster their well-being and autonomy. You'll collaborate with the healthcare team, help manage medications, and assist with daily routines, creating a positive and safe environment for all.

Key Responsibilities :

Required Qualifications :   Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) certification, per Oregon State (OARS) requirements and MHACBO standards
