AI-Focused Lead Generation Manager (HubSpot Expert)
NeuAnalyticsis looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy AI-Focused Lead Generation Specialist with deep HubSpot expertise. This individual contributor role is responsible for managing and optimizing HubSpot to execute campaigns, qualify leads, and support pipeline growth. You will leverage AI-driven tools alongside HubSpot automation to improve lead quality, streamline workflows, and accelerate conversion rates.

What You Will Do :
- HubSpot CRM Management : Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity, clean workflows, accurate segmentation, and smooth integration with other systems.
- Workflow & Automation : Build, manage, and refine HubSpot workflows, sequences, lead scoring models, and automated nurture programs.
- Campaign Execution in HubSpot : Launch email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and nurture sequences, applying A / B testing and continuous optimization.
- AI-Enhanced Prospecting : Use AI platforms (Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) to enrich data, personalize messaging, and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Lead Qualification & Routing : Monitor lead activity, apply AI-enhanced scoring criteria, and ensure leads are prioritized and routed properly to sales.
- Reporting & Analytics : Build and manage HubSpot dashboards and reports to track performance, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
- Collaboration : Partner with sales and marketing teams to align on ideal customer profiles, campaign strategies, and lead handoff processes.
What You Will Bring :
3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, marketing operations, or demand generation.Expert-level HubSpot experience (CRM, workflows, automation, sequences, forms, reporting, dashboards).Proven track record of managing end-to-end lead gen campaigns in HubSpot.Hands-on experience with AI-driven sales and marketing tools.Strong data management and segmentation skills.Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Experience integrating HubSpot with AI / automation platforms preferred.Familiarity with intent data, predictive lead scoring, or enrichment tools is preferred.Background in SaaS, fintech, or high-growth B2B industries highly desired.Pay, Perks & Fun :
