Your Role : Cabinet Sales Specialist We’re on the hunt for a motivated and energetic Cabinet Sales Specialist who’s ready to dive into an exciting role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.

In this position, you’ll be the bridge between our groundbreaking products and the architects, designers, and manufacturers who bring them to life.

Your mission : to expand our market presence and ensure that our clients receive nothing less than exceptional service and top-quality doors, drawers, countertops - all types of components for the cabinet industry.

What You’ll Do :

• Engage with clients, respond to inquiries, and deliver top-tier customer service.
• Prepare precise quotes and process orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Forge and nurture strong relationships with B2B clients, including architects, designers, and manufacturers.
• Seek out and seize new sales opportunities, helping to drive the growth of our innovative marketplace.
• Collaborate with our team to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Who You Are :

• Experienced with CRM systems or Salesforce
• A seasoned sales professional, ideally with a background in B2B environments.
• A communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, ready to build lasting client relationships.
• Knowledgeable about cabinetry or woodworking this is a bonus, not a necessity.
• A positive, high-integrity individual with a strong work ethic and a thirst for learning.
• Adaptable and eager to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Available to work in person this role is hands-on, and remote work is not an option.

• Base Salary Range : $65,000 - $75,000
• Commissions : $20,000 - $35,000+ with no cap on potential earnings.
